MultiLab is a comprehensive program that provides everything you need in order to: Collect data with the Nova, MultiLogPRO, USBLink or TriLink data loggers, display the data in graphs, meters and tables, analyze the data with sophisticated analysis tools and even view online or recorded video movies of the actual experiment.

The program includes four display: Graph, Table, Video, and a navigation display called the Data Map. You can view all four displays simultaneously or view any combination of the four.

Unique video and audio features allow students to view online or recorded movies. Inside each package the complimentary Fourier camera means students can film their experiment process, while the experiment data is displayed in graph, or meter format. Now, students can participate in e-learning projects, since MultiLab allows them to produce complete multimedia lab reports with real-time, synchronized annotated graphs and video.

Another useful feature is the Workbook tool. This gives students a step-by-step preview of the Lab activity to be conducted, and then automatically configures the MultiLab program and sets up the data logger so that the student can begin collecting the data. You can open an existing Workbook or create a new one.

TI Software
In many classrooms, TI calculators are used for mathematics. The calculator by connecting to MultiLogPRO can be used for science as well. Data is saved from MultiLogPRO onto a list on the calculator. The calculator comes with MultiLab's suite of scientific analysis functions that can be used for MultiLogPRO data.

Fourier has designed a light version of the MultiLab which enables setting the data logger for experimentation, receiving real-time measurements, or downloading at the end of the experiment. A marker can convert graph data from within the graphic window. The data on the graph can then be maneuvered using markers and applying the following functions: Derivative, statistic and integral to name a few.

Now Fourier customers can access these sophisticated analysis tools by simply plugging in the communication cable from the MultiLogPRO to the calculator. MultiLogPRO versions 8.5 and 8.6 work with this system.

DB-Lab Software
Still available for customers is the reliable DB-Lab 4.1 software for the MultiLog system. When the MultiLog is connected to the PC, live displays can be viewed at rates of up to 100/s, and automatic downloads can be carried out at higher rates. The Windows-based software can analyze data with various mathematical functions, and can create graphs and data files.
